We live in a world where we are prone to speak way more quickly than we listen. It's all about getting your two cents in, make sure that your voice is heard, whether that's in a conversation or in a Tweet. What a blessing, then, it is to offer someone our listening. To let someone else speak, and to ask curious follow up questions. It's simple, but in today's world it may just be revolutionary to think: Before I say anything, I'm going listen, really listen, to what my neighbor has to say.

One of the simple ways in which we can bless others and share the love of Jesus is by listening well to our neighbors, family members and friends. But listening is often easier said than done! In this message we look to the example of Jesus who displays a deep care, genuine curiosity, and love for the people around him by listening to them.
